Fried edd topped with sweet-sour sauce

Thai favorite dish of all time, simple and yummy. Can easy have as entree or can also add a bit of steam jasmine rice to be Ur wonderful dinner.


Chicken egg boiled well : 7 pieces
Tamarind paste : 1/4 cup
Palm sugar : 1/4 cup
Fish sauce : 3 tablespoons
Coriander root : 1 tablespoons
Garlic : 1 tablespoons
Pepper 6 pieces :
Red chili deep fried : 1/4 cup
Red shallots sliced deep fried : 1/4 cup
Coriander : 1 piece for sprinkle
Vegetable oil


1. Heat oil into the skillet over medium heat, fry eggs until turned yellow. Remove and set aside.

2. Grind coriander root,garlic, and pepper until mixed well. stir fry them into a bit of oil.
3. Add palm sugar, fish sauce, and tamarind paste to taste, stir well, add some water. Simmer until to trick sauce.
